About The Processing Center
The company started in 1995 before there was commonly such a thing as contract processors. Our background started in Lending Operations, Processing, Underwriting, Bulk-Sales and Servicing — back in the day when 125's* were hot.
We are a full-service processing company. We offer complete loan processing from handwritten 1003 to delivering a compliance-ready/funded loan to you. When we started out, after surveying mortgage professionals, we realized that there was no common denominator in regards to what originators were looking for in a processor. We then knew we had to offer a complete array of services and be expert in all of them.
